Going from Dallas, TX to Portland, OR next month on 2 week trip. If I need warranty work where can I have it done?

If you have a problem, when away from your selling dealer, you might want to call the manufacturer first. Many dealers will either refuse to work on an RV they didn't sell or place you at the bottom of a very long list. Ask me how I know.
Take a look at your warranty, KZ only is responsible for the cabinets and the basic "white" box. If you have problems with other components, you only need a repair facility authorized for that item.
