I usually leave the valves closed , fill the freash water tank with a hose, and pour a little bleach in with a funnel then turn on the pump and all faucets with the bleach water mix, let stand in the lines overnight, drain tank, then refill with clean water and repeat process

The 261RKS model had no gravity fill from approx. 2010 to 2014. A gravity fill is a cap where you can just pour water or bleach in from a bucket or hose.
The pressure fill only models used the city water inlet where you attach the garden hose and open the chrome valve to send the water back to the tank. These also had a loose end hose where you could draw anti-freeze in for winterizing. This hose can also be used to draw in water or bleach solution and send it to the tank.
Mine was pressure fill only. I did away with the loose end hose that lays in the storage compartment and collects dust and spiders. To do this, I punched out the check valve in the city water inlet. Next, I put a tee in the line behind the city water inlet and connected that loose hose to the tee. Lastly, I added an inline check valve in the hose after the tee. It is real simple and all you need to buy is a tee, check valve and some clamps.
Modified as above, I can now draw water, anti-freeze or bleach solution from the city water inlet with the water pump using a short garden hose. Simple and sanitary.

With my pressure fill only system I just put the bleach directly into my water hose before hooking it to the trailer. Before tuning the water supply on I open my tank fill valve so the bleach and water goes directly into the fresh tank. When the fresh tank is full I shut the fill valve, disconnect the hose and run the pump to flow the bleach and water mix through the system. When finished my fresh tank, system and hose are sanitized.
