Please Help with ordering my new E17FKTH toy hauler

Getting ready to order a 2017 E17FKTH spree escape toy hauler www.kz-rv.com/products/spree-escape-travel-trailers/E17FKTH.html

We see pics online of the 2016 models with a vinyl floor that looks like wood instead of tile. (photo above)  We definitly want the wood look not the tile. From what I have found if we want the wood looking floor and also the maple rustic looking cabinets we will have to order what's called... The Frontier Pkg.?

Can anyone confirm this?

Also the KZ site says a furnace is Not Standard?

My final question is will I be able to use my toy hauler without my motorcycle in the back if I choose so?

Or will it cause too much toungue weight?
