New KZ owners just waiting to get out and try it out. At the factory for repairs. Bought new off the lot towed it to the factory myself hoping to get it repaired faster. They had 6 units in for repair but ours will be there about 90 days. In a hurry to sell it but slow to repair it. Not happy so far with KZ

Hi, welcome to the group! It's funny that it will take 90 days for repair, when they could probably build a brand new one in the same or less time.

Sorry for your problems. I would try to return the trailer for a full refund, they sold you nothing in this case.
What major component is needed for the repair? If it is a wall section, I'll bet they want to keep you on hold till they again produce that model. They don't want to be inconvenienced.

It only took 32 days to repair the linoleum and adjust the slides. We cycled the slides and everthing seems ok but we will see after we take it down the road a few times.
