We purchased a Spree 339rks new March 8th. We returned it to the dealer because of water leaks when slides were out. We already knew we had to return it because the slides (2) were marring the floor. We were planning on using it for a trip until the water leaks. Then we were told they couldn't get to it until late May or preferrably until late August, because it had to be returned to the factory. I was given the customer service number and I called and asked what if I brought it back to the factory. They said they may be able to get it finished by early May. I towed it back to the factory March 23rd and now we wait.

An update to our post. We were told by the factory that our unit will not be ready until 5/20/2016. We are not happy

Just a note that we received our unit back 4/18/201. Everything looks good so far. It only took 32 days to repair

I believe when KZ services campers at the factory they under commit and deliver early. It happened in my case too. I don't blame them, it's better to give yourself some "schedule margin" and deliver on time or early - at least that's the practice where I work.

The sad truth, they build them in a couple of days, repair them in a couple months. Ever wonder why it takes so long to fix their mistakes?

Hello we purchased a 339RKS unit where was it letting water in so I can check on our unit and if its doing the same thing
