Well I have already had way too many issues with our 2011 Spree 321, mine is the BHS. Ordered new Feb 2011 took 9 weeks to get, made 4/11. Sofa cushions have been replaced once already, went bad the first month we had it, dealer ordered new cushion for it when we brought it back in the fall, took all winter to get the new cushion, and now the cushions falling apart, cushion sags, springs are weak and are causing the under cushion padding to fall off, just about ready to pull the sofa out and put in chairs. Can't keep the storage door that leads under the couch storage, factory split all the lumber putting the hatches in, installed eye hooks to keep the darn thing closed. Windows leaked and ruined two of the bunk mattress's, mattresses have been on order since the week before Memorial Day. I might have them by the time I put it in storage in November. A/C doesen't cool (see other post), darn near ready to trade it off We love the colors, layout and space and the fact it had a two year warranty, but something has to give. Thanks for letting me vent

:)I have an identical unit to yours and yes i had issues with the sofa. The problem is not the cushion but the support of the foam padding below the springs. I got a new one on warrantee and encountered the same issue but not as bad. I modified the support above the spring with thin 1/4" plywood and used hog rings to re enforce the attachment of the upholstery around the perimeter and stapled the spring to the plywood. now the foam does not compress on the spring but the plywood. Much more support but still comfortable. The problem is bad design of couch. I have aslo modified the first one and it stands as a spare down the road. Only issue we have had the unit is very usable and tows well.

Is your couch just a couch or is it a jackknife or pullout bed? I'm not happy to see yet another issue that is arising with a couple of people with this model. Gives me something else to watch out for. Have either of you had any more issues since you last posted? I detailed mine out in a new thread 'anyone else had issues with 321bhs' before I saw this thread.
