I am looking seriously at the KZ Vision V23RLS - I really like the layout and the brightness inside due to the windows. Anyone own one of these? What are your impressions. Pros?? Cons??

hello, looks like a nice unit, lots of window bright, the only con is the bed is a short queen, not a standard queen. I don't know how tall you are, but if you are taller than 5'-10" your feet will extend over the mattress if you like to stretch. you roughly have 12"-14" between the mattress and the wall.

I bought a new 2015 v23rls. Almost the worst mistake I made. I have issues with the axles and tire wear. The only authorized dealer in my area is almost worthless. I've had to made simple repairs that they gave me BS stories. So basically cheap quality and poor service. Too many issues to name.

call KZ and ask for the sales rep in your area.

It took eight months to get KZ to respond. The online support number and email contact was frustrating. By accident (after the dealership did some house cleaning) I did get a real person at KZ to assist. But even that assistance took months to get KZ and the dealership to actually perform the work. It has taken over a year and a half to work through the issues. And not all of the items have been resolved. As a first time RV'er it has not been an overall good experience. Based on my interactions with the overall quality and service is extremely lacking.
