We purchased a brand new 2011 Classic 13FKT in March of this year. We love it, but have a couple of things we have questions on. *1)I have yet to be able to ignite the water heater. It was demonstrated when we bought it, but we know very little about this stuff and I was hoping someone could give me some tips. I can attach a picture if that would help. *2)The kitchen faucet--there is only a trickle of water coming out. Water comes out of the shower head just fine, but for some reason it's not coming out of the kitchen faucet. We unscrewed it on our last camping trip and the water seems to be coming out ok when the actual faucet is unattached, but we put it back on and next to nothing. Could something be stuck in the faucet causing it to do this? We don't see a way to look up in there, so not sure we can do anything about it. It's just a cheap plastic faucet, can this be replaced and if so, how would I go about replacing it? *3)Anyone know where to get a cover for this 13' camper at a reasonable price?
Thanks! Pat & Tammy

I cannot help you with problems #1 and #2; however, I do have some experience with problem #3. I bought a fancy cover from Camping World and I wish had I never done that. First, most covers are at their smallest 19ft and second (here in Florida) water seemed to condense under the cover and was causing the trailer to get moldy. Sure the cover box reads, "Keeps water out and allows air to circulate", but that just isn't true. If you are ever in Spring Hill, Florida, you can come get my $300 cover for free (only used it for one month and put it back in the box for good)...big waste of money and time.

On our 201119bh the water heater was hard to light if there was any wind. I had to use a grill lighter and get the tip (flame) in just the right spot and hold the button down for quite a while to get it to light and stay lit. At first I was holding the lighter too far back into the opening where the pilot light is. Once lit it would stay lit.

Ditto on the 201119bh response. Patience. If I have not run the heater for a while, I usually hold the pilot button down for a good two minutes before trying to ignite it. Then placement of the igniting flame is important. Once lit, it stays lit.
