Raccoon Creek is conveniently located just. West of Pittsburgh Pennsylvania and closely boarding Eastern Ohio and the West Virginia Panhandle. Camping available in the state park. The date is saturday april 23 2016 730am-until sunset. Dinner is at 4 pm. Cost is $ 5.00 per person plus a pot on the table at 4pm. Raccoon creek state park, route 18 south hookstown pa roadside west picnic area. 1/4 mile from campground. Registration for campground can be made through PA DCNR. Website. Registration for DOG. Can be made by sending a check to Leonard Skultety 315 Fenzell Road. Freedom, PA. 15042

Not going to be able to get to the DOG....had really hoped to make it happen. We are waiting for the East Coast DOG dates and location....hope to get to that one.

Sorry to hear you won't make it to Raccoon DOG. But understand, keep in mind the National DOG June 24th in Loudenville Ohio should be a great time...talked with Peter Langston due to scheduling conflicts there will NOT be a East Coast Dog in 2016. Will keep you posted if anything changes. JOHN...

Sorry to hear the East Coast is cancelled, at least for now. We might make the Loudenville DOG but that is iffy too. Keep us posted....really want to get to one this year.

The Raccoon DOG was another success. The weather was perfect, the good was plenty, and the fellowship was even better! we had. 6 camp sites reserved, and 42 people showed up at the picnic area on Saturday to display there black pots! So many I even lost count on the pots on the buffet table...talks are in the works on a repeat DOG this fall. Dates are still TBD. But will keep you all informed
