At one time they did follow it. There is so little activity now they may have abandoned it.

I doubt that they do check this forum, they don't even respond to emails or Customer Contact requests made from their website.

I have been looking at the HEARTLAND forum lately... it's AWESOME.....it's also monitored and there is so much on there... so many things to look at. They have Communities for each of their Trailers or RV's. So if you purchase say a BIG HORN for example there is a Big Horn community for you to be a part of.
