So far, this is what we've done to make camping easier and life less messy.
Nothing like a cool Zombie Outbreak tire cover. Amazon.com Yellow chain to keep the Zombies from stealing our LPG. I chose yellow so they'd see it before attempting any mischief. Under the dinette seats we put plastic totes, the lid is underneath them. Laundry or recyclables. Anything can be dropped in for storage. Attachments:

Under the stabilizers I put 4X6X12 blocks, gives a better stabilization.
A plastic drawer unit in the back of the closet for my wife's things.
And an old shoe storage hanger to keep the bathroom organized. I cut a small hole in each pouch to allow water to drain out, and cut the bottom half off so it didn't drag on the floor.

Head Board. I started out with a piece of 48"X48"X1/4" pressed board. I cut it 18" and tacked on an 11" piece so the head board would be 57". I glued 4" reinforcement all the way around the edge to give the staples something to hold on to, and give the board more stability.
I used my Stabilizer blocks to hold the glued pieces down as they dried

I stapled the material at 6" from the bottom of the board to hold the padding up.
Next I placed a double layer of 1" foam to give the head board some comfy padding. The material was then pulled up and over the padding.
I stapled the material to the board with 1/4" staples, then used 3/8" staple to where there was a lot of material piled up. To prevent scratching the paneling, I used Gorilla tape over the staple heads .

I attached 2" angle brackets to the face of the headboard running the bolts through 1 1/2 " fender washers.
Now we don't have our heads right up against the wall of the trailer.
If these instructions don't give you enough info. and you'd like to try one of these yourself, let me know and I'll give you more instructions. Attachments:

My wife fixed up the RV for our next trip.
It now looks better than most hotels.
I built some extra shelves to store things.
