Have a question for the forum...Has anyone ever put some type of security cover over their exposed Lippert Auto Level controls that are exposed on the outside of their rig? Ours is on the side of the unit and exposed. May partner is concerned someone will maliciously mess with the controls.
Li]ert says they do not make anything to cover the controls. I would like something with a door (obviously) and locks. Any ideas?
Thanks!!

Over the last year and half, we have stayed in a lot of campgrounds in 8 different states and never had anyone mess with our controls. Now that doesn't mean it can't happen, but I think it is highly unlikely. The vast majority of people are doing the same thing as you, enjoying the outdoors.

We have not had anyone mess with anything on our fifthwheel. That’s not to say that your buddy that you always mess around with, wouldn’t want to have some fun. Don’t bring it to anyone’s attention and you will be fine.

I’m not a fan of the exposed controller, either. I worry more when in a gas station, etc. We’ve had street dwellers mess with fuel covers, etc., for no apparent reason. Funny thing is, the 9 yr old Winnebago we traded in had a locking cover for just the front cap accent light.
