Hello all New to the RV world. Have a 2021 C241RLK Heater will start and run for a period of time then down. While running have very little air flow at floor vents. Have the cold weather pkg so can’t I inspect the ductwork. Wondering if the poor air flow is causing the problem ? Anyone else experiencing this ?
Thanks for any advice

Have you checked the intake side something could be clogging it there as well. If it is clear, you can try taking the vent cover off then get a mirror and a flashlight hopefully that will allow you to see at least part of the duct work.

Not sure about the air flow problem until you check the ducts. But I know the problem of it shutdown early. We have a 2022 Connect 241RLK and it also would shutdown early. Didn’t take me long to discover why!!! The rocket scientist engineers at Connect placed a heater vent directly below the Analog thermostat. When the heater turns on it satisfies the thermostat early. I blocked of the vent and changed the stat to a Airxcel digital stat. Problem solved and no problems for 2 years now.

From Amazon: USB Snake Inspection Camera, 5.5mm Endoscope Camera with 6 Adjustable LED Lights, 2.0 Megapixels HD IP67 Waterproof Borescope Camera
Pick up one of these $10 phone borescopes to play with. Send it down your ducts to see if they are crimped or full of construction debris. Could be both.

The new digital thermostat I installed was Airxcel Digital Thermostat Black - Model # 94303382-FCRVM
