Long post but need to explain problem. 2018 KZ Durango Gold 370RLT purchased new. Has Lippert OneControl panel installed to operate awning, 3 slides, front cab lights and leveling system. No issues until possibly June '23 a storm/tornado went through the area he was in. Power was out for 30+ hrs he had to replace is battery to keep fridge good. When he loaded up to leave in July he noticed OneControl panel was not as bright. Got home no issues unloading. Loaded for next job Feb '24 panel still dim but functioning.
Ff to 1 week ago his front jacks seeps down so he went to relevel on the panel it was super dim and he pushed the wrong button needless to say he had to stop it from the outside panel. I got here 2 days later (Saturday) Lippert CS is closed. Monday morning I called intending to order a panel Steve the rep tapped into my phone had me test the wires (son was here and had volt reader) wires reading 8.5 he stated that is to low should read 12.1-12.3 so let it at that.
Husband comes home that evening with electrician they pull panel test it and got 8.5 reading he noticed black wire to power was loose they positioned it retest now 13.53. He thought since it was over 12 that was good so they secured everything but now ALL icons but leveling icon is missing.
Tuesday morning I call Lippert got Steve explained everything he tapped into my phone looked at everything said 13.53 on panel is to much power. So we went through testing all wires in the basement with shore power off and with battery disconnect turned off. At that time my battery was showing 11.5 he stated that it needed to be charged. Keep in mind battery was purched only 10 mths ago. But we proceeded with testing everything. According to him everything was working as it should. Suggested I replace the yellow/white wire that goes from basement to panel.
Contacted mobile rv tech was going to do that. But I have to go back to the beginning we hadn't thought about that storm so once we put the issue starting in a timeline I felt it would/could be the inverter. Got inverter on its way from Amazon.
Yesterday I fully disconnected and charged the battery after reconnecting it the panel now reads 12.6 but panel is real faint and only level icon is there. This morning I get up look at panel it is brighter still flickering but now reading 13.5. I proceeded I disconnect shore power panel reads 12.12-12.14 battery reading 12.5 now so I disconnected the battery again this after I did a hard reboot on the panel without luck. After 15ish minute reconnected battery first panel reads 12.33 panel is flickering but bright enough to see icons and power. I then plugged the unit into shore power at that point panel is so dim you can barely see the icons and can not see power level.
I appreciate if you've read this long I wanted to give all details incase someone can help suggest a solution.
