I have a 2019 Connect SE 271RLSE, and ALL the upholstery on all furniture is dissolving. That's about the only way to describe it. The surface material which looks like a soft brown imitation leather, has or is in the process of separating from the woven base material. I'm extremely disappointed that this has happened after the warranty period has expired. Has anyone else had his happen? and if so did you have the dealer recover everything or take it to a private upholsterer. We are using furniture covers for now.

Find a local upholsterer and have it done right. It might be a good time to replace the poor foam cushions as well.

The pleather (plastic leather) on our couch back top is starting to disintegrate where I usually sit. Have a blanket covering the area now. I'll take it to the local upholstery shop when it bugs the wife enough.

Same thing happened to the head rest areas of our recliners in our 2020 Connect. You can take it to a local upholstery shop, but it will probably cost you twice, or more, than what the recliner is worth to have it recovered. If you are dealing with dinette cushions, then you might want the shop to make new ones for you if you can't sew them yourself. They will probably still be more expensive then what you can buy replacements for, but would probably last much longer.
My mom did upholstery back in the '70s and she paid me $5 a chair and $10 a sofa to pull all the stapes/nails out to strip the fabric off. Only high end furniture with really good hardwood frames were ever brought to be redone because even back then you could buy a new cheap one for less than the upholstery cost. I'm sure the cost difference is much more now, but the quality of the finished product is worlds better with a good re-upholstery job.
