I have a 2022 Kz 5th. My Tv analog channels quit working with out moving the trailer, when I run auto scan & no analog channels come up, they used to? I did have 30+ channels. I tested continuity of the Tv-Booster coaxial. I t has 12V power to booster & the green light comes on. I have 12V power up the coaxial & into the antenna. I'm pretty sure I have all Tv setting correct.
Strangely the audio volume from the radio gets stronger when the booster is turned on?
It is a King booster & antenna, I have read where the booster can be a problem but is there any other way to test it? Or any other idea's what my problem might be?
Thanks

There are some cheap signal meters available on Amazon for over the air channels but your TV does the same thing when working. 1) does the tv work with another antenna? 2) do you have another tv to test the antenna/booster? On the OSI reference model, the physical layer i.e. wiring is the most common source of trouble. The two tests above should identify the issue.

These TV's (or at least the one in downstairs our '18) was very erratic in what channels in picked up, and when it would receive them. You could do a scan in the AM and get 10 channels, then in the evening you would lose one or two, but get 4 additional ones. I have been told that TV signals are affected by atmospheric conditions, so that could have been part of it. I also found that sometimes I had to do multiple scans, with the antenna rotated in a different direction each time to find channels. I couldn't get continuity thru my King booster to the downstairs TV, so I replaced it, and still couldn't get continuity, but the coax was fine, so I figured it was the TV being wonky, as the BR TV seemed more "stable".

Stayed at a park in NC this summer, our bedroom TV would not deliver cable channels provided by the park. Their tech said it was the TV and showed me with a demo set. $140 and a Walmart TV later, all channels were viewable. I would suspect the antenna or connection for Senor's issue since the TV was working and stopped...testing both is the way to discover.

I would also check the connections.

Boondocking in Az for the winter, so no availability for another antenna & only one tv in the rig. Also the antenna is fixed, as in non direction adjustable although by removing a single screw I could rotate it. It is a King about 12" round with a small circuit board inside.

I should read more carefully, analog channels have been gone for a few years. I expect what you were receiving were digital over the air channels. Like everything else, it works right up until is doesn't. Since you were getting channels and now you are not, you haven't moved or made any other changes...something stopped working. Here are a couple of solutions others found:
1)Thanks for the responses. I removed the inside parts of the King antenna and re-tightened the coax then reinstalled the parts and all worked so I'm good.
2)I replaced my roof Antenna and still not getting any channels, my light is on. If I by pass all the coax in the walls and the booster, ( temporary use a new piece of coax and the booster that came with the antenna directly to the TV) I can get channels. So I know the TV, Antenna, are ok
Wish I could help more, many variables to consider.

FWIW KZ is not particularly good at terminating coax, so that's the first place to look. They also tend to use a lot of splitters, which also degrade signals. In my coach, I removed the splitters for the outside TV and for the radio because I don't use either, this seemed to help improve the reception in the downstairs TV a bit.

Like nvguy said KZ is not good at coax cabling. I have a 2017 that has never worked from the wet bay for satellite, I have traced wires and have not been able to fix the issue, I run a cable through a window. I used this to trace, under $30 a Lowes or Home Depot.
This runs through the window:

After much testing using a known TV with a known antenna & with the help of a neighbor the problem was narrowed down to the King Booster. Thanks to those that offered theories & ideas.
