We have a 2023 Durango Gold 383RLQ. We generally are connected to city water. However, I wanted to test the water pump and I can not get it to do anything. Tank has water and valves have been switched to tank supply and pump switched on but still nothing. Any thoughts? Water just sputters and then stops.

I bought a new pump for my TT. The old one was working, until it didn't. What I found out is there are two adjustments on the pump for turn on/off. I had to adjust the new one out of the box to get it to work.
You might want to download the install instructions, if they aren't in your package for equipment from the dealer. You may be able to make a few tweaks to the adjustments and get it working again.

On my 382mbq there's two different switches for the water pump, one on the computer screen that runs most things on the trailer and another one on the upper right hand side on the valve station where you switch your valves around for your different water configurations.

So... discovered a couple things. It was turning on but would not prime. The intake sight bubble was not tight AND it was never secured from the factory. It was just laying there and would vibrate around when on.
I got it secured to the floor and was able to get it to prime and work. The one remaining issue is it will not fully pressurize and turn off. So apparently there is still a leak somewhere.
We generally do not use it but will continue to search for the remaining issue.

Per my previous post, check the adjustments. It might not be adjusted right and the pump gets to it's max pressure and the bypass bleeds off anything over that, but the turn off adjustment is too high and keeps it pumping through the bypass. If you adjust that down so the pump turns off, and it still keeps turning on for brief periods after that, then you might have a leak.
