2022 D256RKT
Have what appeared to be a bubble under the front cap decal. Found it to be delamination. Anyway, just wanted owners to know. I'll update with what KZ says is the fix.

Okay, finally an update KZ has approved the repair Essentially a fiberglass repair technician will cut out the delaminated section then splice in a new piece of fiberglass. As for a new cap, they are not doing that and to be honest, I'm not sure I would want them to What I see with a cap replacement is many potential areas to leak. Right now there are no leaks.

Fixing a bubble in a fiberglass cap is no problem, actual wall delamination is a whole 'nother can-o-worms, for which there really isn't a good repair, or at least I haven't come across one. If it was mine, I would have the cap fixed before I had a new cap installed.

Oh, I completely agree. Far more trauma and more chances for something to go wrong when replacing a front cap.
