Howdy, NOT ready for my 1st TT adventure, still learning proper use. I have seen tons of sites about camp sites. Is there one that rings the most true. Are there any truly amazing (less publicized) lesser known camp sites. I have been noticing that a lot of camp sites need 60 days to a year advanced bookings. I appreciate any info.. AARP and VETERAN... GIDDY UP GO Happy Holidays Peace out

Welcome to the new reality of struggling to find campsites, especially with full hookup or just electrical. I have an app called RV Life. You can search areas by city/town and find all kinds of campgrounds.

Along these lines, are club memberships worth the $$?

We use RV Life also. We pay the annual fee and use the trip planner, etc. The routes avoid low clearances, etc. It is still best to go to the individual campground websites to verify they have what you want.
You can find campgrounds by using google maps for the area you want to visit and type campground in the search. A pin will pop up showing the campgrounds in that area. You still need to go to the individual websites to find out exactly what they have.
Either way, it's still a lot of time to find what you want.

If you don't find the answer to your question in the review you can ask people that have been to that park. I have personally done 90 reviews in 20 states, just checked and it's 75 parks some I reviewed more than once.

X3 for the RV life, the trip planner is much better than Good Sam, as it includes every campground, not ones affiliated with GS.
