Hey all, i'm down-sizing, going from a Fuzion 5th wheel toy hauler down to a smaller setup using my 1/2 ton.
I have no experience with KZ's, but am not new to the scene by any means and know that all manufactures have their own issues.
Anywho, I've been looking a bit at the Escape and Sportsman 180TH units for myself and my son to use for weekend getaways with our dirtbikes. I'd like to get some folks input on the roof construction in particular, my last three units all had TPO or EPDM and all were walkable, really durable etc. Am I right that the units i'm looking at are Aluminum sheet? and if so, how is it all fastened down and what's everyone's thoughts on it fairing a decent hail storm? The TPO/EPDM roof would brush it off like it's nothing.
Also, anything else I need to watch out for in regards to the Shower? It almost looks like it's lined with normal interior wall board and trim in the corners? I'd love to see how make it waterproof etc.
Thanks for any insight you may have.

KZ trailers are built good in my opinion... I'm on my 3rd one. Look down in the Escape and Sportsmen folders and you might find some answers to some of your questions. Good luck with your decision and purchase.
