Leaks can be tough to find, water can travel a long way thru walls. Start on the roof and inspect every inch of caulking on the entire trailer, this should be done at least one a year anyway. If the door is suspect, pull it out and redo the installation, likewise for any suspect window. You can pay to have a leak test done or use a method like in this videoThe video uses a leaf blower and later a shop vac, air can be forced in thru a roof vent as well. If you do this, have a camera ready to record the trouble spots, usually there will be many.
You need to correct any leaks quickly, they will destroy the trailer in short order.

Thanks for the video. In my case it's very strange. When the area against the wall on both sides of the entry door to the bedroom is wet, it isn't saturated but is moist to the touch. There is no smell or discoloration except when it dries it becomes a hardened white area all along the wall, but still with no odor. It doesn't happen all the time, but I notice it when we have extreme amounts of rain or I wash the camper. Visually, there is no swelling or damage to the walls or floor, inside or out that I can see when I inspect. I have already checked all plumbing and tightened all fittings and checked for leaks while we were camping....no problems there. I need to get to the bottom of this before any permanent damage is done. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Hopefully you are just dealing with condensation, when the temperature difference between inside and outside is enough, the dew point can be reached. Maybe you just need to provide more ventilation. Heating, cooling, cooking and showers can cause problems.
If I had any doubts, I would yank that door in a heartbeat.
