I have a 2018 Sportsmen 271BHLE. Was looking around the other day and noticed a red and blue drain hose in the rear of camper in underbelly right up by the grey/black tank drains. Any idea of what exactly those drains are for? I’m guessing just another set of drains for indoor lines and maybe alternate drain for hot water heater.

They are low point drains for the hot and cold water lines. If you are lucky, the water heater will drain most of the water out thru those drains if you open the T&P valve.

Lynnmor is correct yet again. Those are your low point drains for draining your water system prior to storage. Another good tip might be to simply lower that corner of your trasiler slightly to the water has increased flow to the drain and thus more water is out of the system.
