i have a2009 spree 261rk but i can not get the tire carrier on. the bumper is to close to the body .any suggestions?

Possibly mount a trailer hitch on the rear of the trailer, then find a hitch mounted spare tire carrier. Just an idea.

Search the internet for BAL hide a spare. It mounts under the trailer and drops down making the tire easy to lower and raise. It is on 2 rails and you just unlatch it on the one side to drop it down. A guy had one on his trailer at the rally last year, it was pretty neat.
