I'm having some problems with my 14 GoldRush Nugget, Dealership where I purchased it is not really customer service trained.. Would really like to get in touch with someone at KZ,, sent many emails and pics to customer service but no replys,,, wish we could go to the rally this year,, anyone have any direct emails with KZ ? Dont want to mention any problems here, at this point

I am in direct contact with the KZ Durango rep a lot, however I would need to know what your exact problem is. There are a lot of brilliant minds right here on the forum that may be able to help you so why don't you start here first.
We would love to have you attend the rally but if it is that big of a problem the rally is most likely not the place to address it unless it is factory service you wish to have then you would need to schedule it in advance with KZ.
If it is a problem you do not wish to discuss with the KZer's on this forum I would suggest to stop emailing KZ and try calling KZ customer service @ 866-472-5460. This will most likely give you better results than an email.

I have had conversations with customer service, Sharrita Lawson, but I need to go to someone higher up. I was only looking for another email address to contact KZ. wish we could make the rally
anyway,, I hear a lot about the FROG rally that Forrest River has. Love the GoldRush,, just some issues that have never been cleared up

Sorry I can not divulge anyone's email address without first knowing the issue. Then I would have to contact them get their OK and get back to you.
It would most likely be quicker for you to try customer service again and ask for someone higher up to talk with. JMHO
