Just brought a new TT home yesterday. If any of you have this camper, I sure would love to hear from you.

We just traded in our 2013 195S and purchased a 2016 E250S today! We are very excited?

Thanks for responding vagov and shalpern. Shalpern, congratulations! We got ours home this past Thursday, and the wife is already buying things to decorate it. Myself, I am just trying to figure out how everything works. We did have a bathroom wall that had some chips in it. The dealer has already ordered the new panels to have them replaced under warranty. I'm still trying to get used to the lighting fixtures (small gel type buttons to push in), one over the bed seems stuck and will not turn on. Of course, these are minor things. Overall, we are very pleased with the camper, and are simply waiting for warmer weather here in Southwest Virginia so we can take it out for our first camping experience.

Thanks tmartin726. We are going to pick ours up in a couple weeks. I don't know if this is your first KZ but, they are very good to deal with. Some minor issues seem to go hand in hand with the RV industry. We had a Gulfstream years ago with quite a few issues.
Our last KZ the 196S was perfect....no issues at all. I was also worried about it's durability because of the light weight construction. It held up great, even bumping down all those uneven dirt roads we always seemed to be on. Vagov, you will love your 196S just like we did! I'm sorry to see it go...but teenagers require a lot of room. It was an easy choice moving up to the 250 after our experience with the KZ 196S. We are so excited, couldn't sleep much last night.

Shalpern, thanks for responding. Yes, this is our first travel trailer ever. We had some weight restrictions because we have a Honda Ridgeline (2011) with a 5K lb towing capacity. The KZ 250 was proverbially "the most bang for our buck." However, the Ridgeline had no problems pulling the camper 75 miles to our home. Like you, we are excited about the camper

Keep a running list of issues you find in your RV, two columns. First column is priority items that need addressed immediately, and second column are minor things that can wait. This way you can schedule time with your deal to work on the minor things at a time that works best for you (not using the RV for a couple weeks). You also won't have to try to remember everything when talking to your dealer.

HA!!!!! I CAN'T BELIEVE IT!!!! We have a Honda Ridgeline too!!! Everybody thinks we are nuts towing with one. It had no problem towing our 195S and also does a great job pulling our 4500 lb boat even in the mountains.
The only thing is the small gas tank and fuel consumption. We get 10 mpg towing the boat and about 8-9 mpg towing the 195S. I carry a 5 gallon gas container just in case and we nearly needed it!
That's it in my avatar picture, it's a 2010. Great vehicle!

Shalpern----AWESOME!!! Actually, my wife LOVES the Ridgeline, and I would not think of selling it. Like you, we had no problems pulling the camper. It is the bumper of our Ridgeline in our picture

We only use ours to tow the camper and boat. It has only about 24K miles on it. I change the transmission fluid every fall with the other fluids. Always looks good. I imagine with all of our camping "junk" (plus model airplanes), we will probably be at least 4500-5000lbs.
Vagov, what do you tow your 196 with?

I tow my 196 with a 04 grand cherokee limited. 4.7 v8. It does pretty good. But i did put a Fastway E2 WDH. And upgraded brakes and rotors on it

Vagov you definately have no problem towing a 196. I also use a WDH of a different brand. Once the load bars are on, the truck sits nice and level. I'm interested to see if I'm going to have sway issues with the larger 250 which will require upgrading. I do have a friction sway control but never use it because it looks gimmicky. The stock brakes even though we like to go to the mountains (Catskills and Adirondaks Ny.) seem adequate. The Ridgeline has a great hill decent functionality built into the transmission control.
Tmartin 726, I assume you tow with the trans in O/D on level ground and O/D off on hilly terrain?
