I am thinking of arranging a rally sometime in the summer near the factory. I will start to see what we could do in the area, see if the factory would participate, etc. Some thoughts I have:
> One day devoted to factory activities such as: Introduction to normal user maintenance Proper loading of the camper for safe weight distribution How to properly winterize your camper How to get ready for summer, such as flushing and sanitizing Tour the many different sections of the factory to see your particular camper in several stages of construction. I have done this and found it to be extremely informative!
>. A pot luck dinner and group Photo > Possibly a tour bus to some interesting place at an added fee. We would have to have the Rally during the week so that we could coincide with when the factory is open and the key staff would be available. I have asked a sales rep from the factory I met in Tampa show to breach the subject with the powers to be because if we don't them to buy in on it then there isn't much use in doing it.
Before I talk to them I would love to get feedback from how many would be interested. I live close enough that I could drive over and visit with them, check out the campgrounds and get prices etc, all usually focused on how many would be there. I will post possible dates if there is interest, if no interest from either factory or us then I will post it is not going to happen.
The faster I get feedback, the faster I can get things rolling! Dave

Well folks I guess there is no interest and pretty much we are out of time for this year. The campgrounds in this area all cautioned that they have a lot of rallies and I needed to hurry to get space. In the time I have had this on line there have been 85 readers and only 5 people did anything towards indicating an interest, only one other than me said they would be there. Because of this I am sadly going to stop pursuing it.

I will be a part of this if there is any interest. I am retired and live close enough to do much of the legwork, etc. I know that the local parks fill up early as there are so many other manufactures around so we do need to make it happen soon! I am in Florida now but get back early enough to do a lot of the final work at least.

We might be interested depending on the date.
Don't be too discouraged if people don't respond right away. Our first rally took a long time to get people committed. I realize you have to make arrangements but give it as much time as possible. If it will be near the factory I can try to contact the ones who attended the first one, most were from that area. Let us know where it might be.
Make a new Thread so people will see it is new, the Cancel for 2015 might not bring interest.
