ok got the fastway E2 system set up as directions stated. but had a hard time connecting the spring arms to the L brakets used for sway control, and even a harder time disconnecting once i backed into the campsite. as directions read, i kept the couple locked on the ball, and it said to raise the trailer tounge jack up about a inch picking up both the trailer and tow vechile to make it easier to connect, for me this turned into about 30 cranks! where i could clear the handle and get leverage on the popup tool. then when i got to my site, i had to hammer the bars off. what did i do wrong? thinking i might have go even higher to the point that the tv wheels almost come off the ground. i think a electric tounge jack in the purchase plans soon if this is the case. plus it seemed like the ball didnt seat as deep as my old previous standard hitch, should i remove any of the washers in the hitch head, to adjust the ball in more of a verticial line, taking out the slight downward angle..... any thouhts?
