I just bought a Vision 23rls has a black water flush value . Seems to be blocked/bad valve? I connect water hose open black tank valve turn water hose on but get no water flushing through the tank . There is pressure at the connection because when I disconnect the hose water sprays out. Any ideas.

Do you hear water spraying into the tank? It's usually a medium to loud drumming sound. Does normal black water drain out when you open the black tank valve?

Yes black water drains out when valve is opened . And no there is no water noise , its like i said there is pressure at the connection but no water flows in .

Do you have access to where the flusher is installed on the tank? It sounds like something is clogged, either the one-way check valve or the nozzle. I would take the flusher off of the tank (make sure your tank is drained) and see if you can spot the issue. Might be worth just replacing the assembly while you've got it apart.
If it's a new unit, I'd drag it back to the dealer because it's under warranty. Plus if it's new I'd bet the one-way check valve was installed backwards.
