I bought a used 2018 and am using in Alberta Canada. Those RVs are supposed to be 4 season (really only 3 seasons in Canada). It is only -1c or 30f at night and the furnace never shuts off at night, fan runs constantly and very little heat coming out of the bedroom vent, slightly more out of the bathroom vent, living room area a little more. The kitchen vent is fine but only a couple feet from the furnace. I have owned numerous RVs in my life and alway buy 4 season ones (better insulated for hot summer too, not just cold weather) I have only had on RV I bought new that was like this, it was a truck camper made in Canada for 4 seasons use but the furnace was only a $10,000 BTU. I took it back to the dealer and they changed the furnace to a 35,000btu on warranty. The problem I have is this RV is 6 years old without warranty and even change to more BTU furnace with not fix the low air flow from the furnace.
I bought a very large sportsman 5th wheel with numerous slides outs in 2008 and used it in -20 weather without skirting and nothing froze, very warm inside, furnace ran normally only starting up about every 20-30 minutes run for about 5-10 minutes. This is very disappointing as after all the rave reviews see on the internet we decided this was going to be our next RV. We sold the bunk bed trailer for the couples 256RKT as kids are grown up and we needed a retirement rv as I’m close to retirement
Has anyone had this experience with Durango and what was the fix?

My 24 301RLT has a similar problem ... but opposite yours. The bedroom and bathroom have very strong airflow and get warmer than the thermostat setting, while the kitchen and living room get no airflow and stay cold. I ran a camera down the ducts and couldn't see any obstructions, but then opened up the ducting to discover no holes cut into the rectangular ductwork where the round ducts join up and run to the back. I have no skills in sheet metal/ductwork, so I have an appointment with the service center to fix this.

Where is your furnace located My 301 is mid-kitchen, and the furnace is drivers side just behind the water convenience center, behind the pass-through wall.
