Have an issue with the wardrobe slide in that it slightly tilts in towards the unit which causes water to run along the slide track and into the unit. RV is currently in the shop. Some things they are doing is retiming the tracks and new seals. There's 3 more trailers at the shop that have schwintek slides doing the same thing. This post is just a piece of info for you all. Once I get the RV back, I will add more info. I'm hoping this is the only trip needed for the issue.

Issues I had with the schwintek slide: 1. The rear flap seal would overlap on the slides side at the top but as you worked your way down, it ended up not overlapping the slides side about the last 10 inches. Water would travel down the flap seals edge until it reached the area that had the gap. Water would then run along the lower track and into the bedroom. 2. With the trailer level and the slide out, if you place a level on the slides track, the track isn't level and is slightly tilted up on the outside. This allows for water to run along the track into the bedroom. The repair that was done was: Replaced all slide seals and removed tracks and retimed. The outcome of the retiming was no change. The track still tilts inward. The rear seal now overlaps the slides side. Other things they found were many small seals, or plugs, were missing. All seals were installed and they say they water tested it and no leaks. One problem is with the design of the forward and rear flap seal. They notch the seal for the tracks but, since everything isn't always perfect, there's big gaps where they notched the seal. It would work better if the seal was notched to fit the track after installation. This picture shows the seal in question. The new seal doesn't have the gap but the notched area still looks the same.
