I have a 2022 25RL Confluence, which is a rebranded 261RL Connect. Well on my last trip I noticed the floor by the stove cabinet, one side was level but at the joint the second sheet fell down. This goes about 2 feet away from the cabinet into the middle of the floor. I dropped the trailer off at the dealer yesterday and after they looked at it they told me I would have to just leave it. They never seen a floor separate like this and they would need to get with KZ to see what they want to do about fixing it. I was told it could be weeks to months depending on what they need to do. Looking at the picture of the build, I really dont think this is going to be a easy fix as it looks is support by wood beams and if a joint separates as it did wound mean there is a issue with the beams as well. I also have a issue where the TV cannot get any signals, been that way since day one so they are looking at that too. Glad its winter here in the North East so I dont really care if its there but still sucks. Attachments:

Unless the dealer has some experienced techs, I have a feeling this is going back to the factory, not a bad thing, as their technicians are really good. But, rest assured, this is a fixable problem.

If it goes back to the factory, who takes it there?

On the TV did you turn the booster on and do a channel scan? If you did it's going to be a cabling issue, not uncommon.

Even ran a 50' cable from inside my house to and connected it the outside of trailer. Nothing. Sucks, we had the slide damaging the floor, they fixed that. Now we have these issues. Would you know it the tongue jack broke when I go to the dealer right in front of the service manager. You hit the button nothing happens. Has power because the led lights. Need to take the manual wrench and turn it a few time then it will work. Seems like the motor is bad. I know this it not KZ fault but this is the first trailer I had to take back to the dealer to fix major issues that I could not. My other 2 trailers was little things that were easy to fix. I just hope this is not going to be a continual thing.

So been there over a week already and they are still waiting on KZ to let them know what they need to do to fix the floor. I am giving them a little slack due to the holiday but I hope they have a answer this week. It's frustrating because the place I park it for the winter is only accessible when there is no snow on the ground, once it snows then I have to keep it in my driveway and that's a pain the clear snow then.

I can't say about the floor, but not getting a signal to the TV was one of the issues our 2019 261RB was back to the dealer for. They fixed it and said the factory had connected the cable to the wrong port on the amplifier.

Had a floor issue on 2018 270THLE. After 3-day towing with 740 lb ST 1300 inside trailer wound up with a "BOWL" beneath rear tire of the motorcycle. KZ had used 3/4" OSB flooring which dented very well. It took a couple weeks for KZ to decide what to do, but they let dealer replace garage area floor with 3/4" plywood. and replaced vinyl floor covering. Excellent job! only noticeable sign of repair is small quarter round on walls counters and cabinets. it took about 6 weeks as I recall from first going to dealer with complaint to taking trailer back home.

Dealer called me yesterday, they have to open the bottom and pull the tanks. They will have to push the tongue back into the groove and add bracing. They also had to open up the vinyl floor so they need a specialist to come in and repair that. Going to have to find out what tank they pull so I can keep a eye on leaks on that system.
Got to admit not happy about the fact they are pulling all this stuff apart but I guess have no choice.
They found the TV issues was a bad cable from the booster to the outlet.

Well I got the trailer back after 6 weeks, the floor is fix but now my 1 tank heater does not light up. I guess when they moved the tank it got damaged or something. I never use the tank heaters so wondering if its even worth dealing with again. What do you guys think?

If they messed up the wires there may be a slight risk of a short and that can cause a fire if energized. Disable the system or get it fixed properly.

Do you know if these switches they put on actually light up because there is current flowing through the heater or is it just a automotive type where it lights up when turned on. My plan is to go pull both switches and measure the resistance of the working circuit vs the one that the switch does not light up. Its winter time here and my trailer is winterized. I would have to find more antifreeze before messing with the water system. My plan was just let it be for now, I have a appointment in april for them to check it out but I would start messing with it on my own in March to see whats up. I really dont want to be moving the trailer on the roads in the NE during winter since the salt they put on the roads. I lucked out rain washed it all away when I brought it home, dont want to push my luck.

I don't know the particulars on your wiring, perhaps you can download information from the manufacturer. It does sound like you have a plan. If you do this troubleshooting, why not follow thru and fix it? Staying away from dealers is the best plan. I am in PA and absolutely hate the road salt, it makes no sense to destroy vehicles in the name of safety, those that can't handle winter driving should stay home. I spray Fluid film on everything in the axle area, it helps stop rusting and lubricates the springs, if you do use it be sure to keep it out on the brakes.

So I did some quick voltage checks at the switch and the working one is getting 12v on the center post where the non working one is getting 7.5v on the center post.
Does anyone have schematics on how tank heaters should be wired up?

Well I was getting my RV ready for a trip this weekend and I fixed the tank heaters, dealer removed the fuses. So after that we notice we have another joint pop, this time in the bathroom. The pop starts at the shower and goes across the floor till the middle of the toilet. Based on how they fixed the last one, that means taking the bathroom apart to fix this stupid floor.
My wife and I are done with this trailer. The way KZ sells their build, you would think I would never have a problem with tongue and groove solid plywood flooring. This has been further from the truth and now its going to have to spend another 2+ months at the dealer to get repaired. The damn thing is only 10 months old and had maybe 700 miles on it.
I talked to my sales guy and he going to push for the dealer to buy back the trailer and get me into some different. I like to think they will but we shall see.
Sorry I am just so frustrated, thanks for listening.

So I was told my rv has to go back to kz and have them rebuild the deck. This they said they will need to take apart the rv an completely replace floor. Has anyone had their rv rebuilt?
