I can't seem to shut off the amber porch light. The camper is new to us 2016 all sudden the amber porch light was on the flood light portion works fine. I disconnected the power to and from the lamp still on the switch it self has to leads as if power from another switch as well. I also disconnected the the power to and from the flood portion when main switch was disconnected but the amber light stays on. I ended up disconnecting the amber wire at lamp. I can't find much for a electrical diagram Hoping i can get some help here.

Just a guess but does your unit have a portable remote control for electrical functions??? The older Durango models had a remote control for some exterior functions like electric jacks, awnings, exterior lights.etc.. If it does the light may have unknowingly been turned on by the remote. The remote will override all manual switch functions. Example if the porch light was turned on by the remote it can only be turned off by the remote.

Mine is newer so it utilized the phone app/one control panel to control all the main lights, but in order to have “normal” control over them I bypassed the one control module and wired switches directly into the circuits. If there is a remote control it will have primary control. Good luck! Jay

Thanks for the help. I haven't had a chance to look into the suggestions but believe they will correct the problem. Without an electrical diagram that would explain the switch layout, I figured their had to be another switch I forgot all about my remote and can see by the wiring that it would override normal on/off functions.
