Was busy AF during the holidays, so doing recreational computer stuff took a back seat. Grandbabies take precedence over everything! :-)
Hope everyone's Holiday was peaceful, safe and healthy!

Similar story hear. Despite shots, we both got covid, however the wife has a functioning immune system, so she recovered reasonably well. I have been thru the ER twice (lousy local hospital blew all windows for treatment) still on supplemental O2, this is the first time I have been online in 3 weeks. I wouldn't wish this on anyone.

I hear ya. Both our grandbabies have had 'vid TWICE! The older one, at 6, can be vaxxed, but the kids are pretty leery. Frankly, I am, too. Both times, they had a fever, runny noses and some nausea. Man, Chuck, sorry to hear about your truck after having so many issues with the trailer! Also hope everyone is fully recovering from the kung flu. I’m kind of like Lyle, spent lots of time entertaining/being entertained by grandkids during Christmas and Thanksgiving. Plus, my wife has been having some health issues as well so I’ve been sorta preoccupied. My participation here has been sporadic at best. Now hopefully we can get her going and get past all the doctors appointments and get back on the road…

Well Guy's Truck still at Ford, found fuel line injector sensor went bad after 17 years, guess they don't make them like the use to ... They are still trying to track down why batteries are going dead even after I took all my amateur radio equipment out of truck along with wiring, batteries still went down after two days an they were new deep cell batteries ....
Wife an I are now doing ok, we both have had extra shots an I had extra anti-body shot 1st time around ...
More problems with trailer, posted such in Durango thread ...
We are thinking about coming back to Ohio again in late July but only stop by Kz factory with trailer to show them the replaced floors an a few other things that have gone bad now in the past year an just seem to keep giving ....
I know that trailers need upkeep an you need to keep on top of things, but this 5th wheel seems to be taking out it's revenge on us for some reason .... I've done everything I know how to make it our home on wheels but it keeps tell us just the opposite it hates us for some reason unknown to us ...
Safe travels

Wow Chuck, it has to let up at some point. Let's all hope the truck is the final chapter. Finding the cause of batteries that go dead used to be much easier, but now with all the "modules" it's a bit harder, but hopefully your dealer has a good electrical tech. Good that you and the wife are healthy & lets hope the Durango and truck follow your lead. Sounds like everyone here either got the kung flu or managed to avoid it. I finally ended up in the hospital for 5 days with covid / double pneumonia, antibiotics and IVIG (Immunoglobulin) cured all that. Now trying to recover lost endurance muscle tone.

I had an issue with the batteries going dead in my '02 D'max. Was fine for years, then suddenly started that cr@p. One night, I happened to glance at my truck and could see a light on. I'm going WTF is that? Went out and there were no interior lights on, then I realized that the backlight on my ScanGauge II was on. Problem solved. Just unplugged it from the OBD port and it solved the issue. Got rid of the ScanGauge several months later, as it just died.
I certainly hope that the people at the factory have some decent excuses why they seem to have abandoned one of their biggest cheerleaders like they did. Totally unacceptable, IMO.

Happy to hear yalls doing well. Mother in law brought it to our house last January when she was released from rehab after hip surgery. Mother in laws like a cold, wife's like a cold, son positive but zero symptoms, me hard down about two weeks. Wife wanted me to go to the hospital, nope people go there and don't come home, CPAP connected to O2 generator, home made respirator. Everyone got shots after with boosters and so far all is good.
Chuck you need to stop with the bad luck and get back on the road. That's getting spendy though with current fuel price hovering around $4, just back from TX where fuel has always been cheaper.
