Hey all,
As some of you know, I've been waiting on a E191BHK since April. I chatted with my dealer and he said he would have no issue if I decided to change models as he has many units in order. So it got me thinking...
My specs are pretty flexible. 6 sleeper ultra light bunk house travel trailer under 5000lbs. Shorter and lighter the better. Durability is important. While I ordered the off grid package, I suppose it's not a requirement as I can add most things later. Generally used for weekend warrior camping in Colorado. No need for hauling toys. I'm sticking with KZ.
So, what would you pick? ☺️☺️☺️. TIA!
P.S. my only issue with switching is he has held the price despite KZ markups so I'm guessing this would hit the reset button on that. E191bhk with off grid $25k

In my humble opinion, if that’s the model you prefer, stick with the original order. After all, it sounds like a good price. But... it’s also an opportunity for a reset if you’re having second thoughts. Trust your instincts and buy what you want. It’s not a small investment, and hopefully something you will use and enjoy for many years. Best of luck and safe travels!

E191bhk with off grid $25k Hi I just saw this - I was looking at this model last year -- but the 201BH arrived and I bought that -- the 201 is basicly the same as the 191 -- except for the Murphy Bed and 2 extra feet -- You say the 6 sleeer is important -- well with my experience - the 191 will do 6 if 2 are small kids -- for the dinette -- any larger - (above 10) I would say the dinette will be a little tight -- If you really need a 6 sleeper and some kids are a little big -- I would reconsider the 231 BH -- Larger Bunks and a fold up couch -- Now this one comes in at 4900 - and a little longer -- My Explorer has a 5K tow rating - and I felt that would push it a little too much -- Maybe the same for you it looks like -- I love my 201BH -- just me and the wife -- sometimes grandkids - plenty of room (if I have my 4 - it gets tight) One other thing to watch out for --- these units are Nose Heavy -- look at the specs -- Unloaded they are ~3600 with a tongue wt of 450# ~ you need to be creative in packing -- I inadvertently went to 750# tongue on a trip -- now I pack all the light stuff in the front and use the Bunks and Shower for the heavy stuff -- and I put a Half Tank water and full water heater to off sett - doing that I get it close to 490# sometimes 550 # (my max is 500#) I'm from Colorado also - and My TV does the mountains OK -- Wolf Creek, La Veta and Monarch passes adequately Have fun and safe travels Alex
