on the left side of my floor next to my queen bed, I found a soft spot. It,s my understanding that the floor is 5/8 tongue and grove plywood. Do I have to remove my underbelly cover to inspect the floor. I assume that there is a metal floor then 2x4 stringers, then 5/8 plywood and then laminate floor covering ( the soft spot is 6 inches by 6 inches) Can I spray low expansion foam in the cavity to support the area for now? Any other suggestions, after all the trailer is only 3 years old

Soft spot equals water intrusion, you need to find out where it's coming in. Looking at you floor plan, check the clearance light(s)plumbing in the pass through for any sign of leaks, water pump?

Did you ever find where water was coming in from? We now have same problem. Water in outside compartment & soft subfloor. 🤦♀️

Water in outside compartment & soft subfloor. 🤦♀️ I have a similar issue with same model, 160QB, but have water in the front underbelly. I’m going to have to remove the liner and insulation to inspect. Would like to know what you discovered. Thx.
