Well. Where to start.
Ripped out the closet in the master, installed a lower height rod and still working on that portion to finish the look. Its still just a rod.
Ripped out the "king" bed in the back bedroom and installed a slightly higher, but significantly more durable queen bed. As the king bed frame literally shattered when I made the mistake of sleeping in it.
Took out the tiny dresser that was attached to the wall in the back bedroom, found one just as skinny, but longer with more drawers, and the design that we preferred.
Took out the radius shower and installed a rod and curtain.
Removed the toilet and installed a composting toilet. Literally never have a black tank problem ever again. Connected the black tank and grey tank to double gray capacity for the sinks and shower.
Removed the shelves from the "pantry" to make it a cleaning closet.
Removed the panels beneath the sink to make it storage for pots and pans.
Removed the panel to the left of the stove on the lower cabinet to add more accessible storage.
Going to remove the oven.
Took out all the carpet and replaced with peel and stick vinyl. Don't do it. Use a sheet vinyl instead, I have to re-do ours, looks terrible after a year of use.
Added a gateleg tabletop to the side of the counter where the sink is.
Removed the entire wall that made the front bedroom. Eliminated the front bedroom and all underside storage. Replaced with 4 large cabinets in the front in order to maximize storage capabilities, stained them to go for a Mid Century Modern look.
Installed Rev-A-Shelf sliding drawers in the cabinet under the front side of the sink.
Painted the front area Everglade Green, wallpapered the front cap, wall papered the wall that sits opposite the bathroom, added roommates subway tile backsplash to the sink/stove area.
Removed all the valances and shades, installed roller blackouts and curtains.
Installed a Girard tankless water heater.
Removed the slat windows shades covering the sliding glass door and installed a track drape system from IKEA.
