dreamer69, I'm glad to hear that you finally got some traction on your issue. It just blows my mind that it actually got to be this bad. Also, this business about 90 day warranty on caulking has the hairs on the back of my neck standing up. After reading this, I went searching for KZ's warranty on-line, and could only find some generic promotional flyers (makes me wonder why they are not transparent with warranty details). Were you able to confirm this 90 day thing in writing with any of the warranty info that came with your TT? It would be an unimaginable cop-out to offer a 2 year warranty only to blame the 90 day calk on all water leaks.

Kirt, I contacted KZ directly myself and calmly explained the situation and also told them about the dealer still having my camper. I have contacted a lawyer in my hometown but nobody wanted to touch it because the owner of the dealership is loaded with money and the whole family has businesses all over town. But thats another story. The good news is KZ immediately got back in touch with me and they also contacted the dealer and approved the warranty work to be fixed. All this happened within a matter of two days. The stealership (what I call all car sales and now camper sales) called me yesterday and said that my camper should be ready to go next week. So we will see. Anyways, KZ stood their warranty and I do not even know if the stealership even turned in the information. Thank you Chuck and Kirt for your advice and help. dreamer69 I'm glad you got your trailer repaired, I know it had to be very frustrating at times, I just hope the repairs done by the dealer are correct an you do not have to go back thought such again ...
As I have along with a number of owners on this form Kz has in many case's bent over over backwards for customers when receiving the right information ...
If you ever get the chance I would visit the Kz factory an meet the people there, they are friendly caring people an even at the top will not give you any BS an answer any questions you have ...
Safe Travels an happy new year

As seen even thought it took a bit of time do to the dealer I really believe dreamer69 got his trailer repaired, how well it remains to
be seen in the future !!! I'm not sure if I would trust the dealer Ugh !!!
When we had a bad seal on out 5th wheel the RV service writer told us that to just tilt the trailer before we closed the slide because they were not responsible for replacing seals after warranty was up ... I said let me talk with the dealership owner about such, boy did the story change after talking with such (Grin) What was really nice was that the service writer had put such about tilting the trailer in writing on the work order, dealership owner was red in the face when she saw such
BTW seal was replaced at their expanse
