Hello all, the last two times we have used the auto level on our 366, it has bottomed out the front jacks and then suffered a fault. Of course, couldn't access the trailer at that moment with the phone, had to go in and do it off the touch pad. Off the pad it worked fine, battery says it has 13.4 volts and I was plugged into shore power. Any suggestions? Thanks Kirt

Have you set zero point? (LCI speak foe level) If not try setting it and see what happens then.

midlotexan Also make sure when you go to park that you front landing gear/jacks are not going to be in a hole or unforeseen dip, I always look well before a leap An I always put a few wooden 10X12 blocks under landing gear to make sure the trailer is more stable so the DW won't holler at me Safe travels Chuck

We are taking a quick 3 day trip starting tomorrow to a nearby state park. Will see if it acts normal or not. Good thing is our dealer is only 20 minutes away, so handy if questions arise. Thank you both! Safe travels! Kirt

Edd, I don't see a link in your post. When you have time, can you resend it? Thank you so much! Kirt

Here's the link: link This is for the entire leveling service manual. Click on the master service manual box, it will download. Here are some screen shots of the procedures - depending on model, verify what you have before you follow either of these.

Well we came down to Mother Neff State Park, between Waco and Temple. Auto level worked flawlessly. So, I don't know what to think. Kirt

What I have found out in the last 3 an half years is that some sites look level an ok but when deploying the landing gear an then energizing the leveling system the site is far from level Ugh As one person or another has stated it's in the eyes of the beholder an sometimes the beholders eye are not

Good call Chuck. That's why I use the Anderson buckets, shoot, during our delivery walk thru on the dealership lot, the rear jacks ran out of travel.

I'm using the Anderson buckets as well. Probably just an RV thing! LOL! Kirt

You're welcome, I figured it was a tech glitch. That's what makes this site work so well- teamwork.

No worries Edd, it worked, I'm good. You are far better man then me to install new brakes on your trailer. I'm just handy enough to do be dangerous! My wife tells me my best tool is a check book! Kirt
