Good wax and keep it covered when not in use, weather especially sun is a killer.

Good wax and keep it covered when not in use, weather especially sun is a killer. Hate to disagree with you Edd, but never, ever wax vinyl graphics. Silicone and petroleum distillate along with UV are the main killers of vinyl graphics. That being said the best of vinyl graphics has a normal lifespan of only about 6-7 years. Just about all the major manufacturers of vinyl graphics recommend the use of Aerospace 303 at least twice a year and it also keeps gelcoat fiberglass, powder coat and anodized aluminum from oxidizing. bc75 don't use Zep floor wax either.

Guess I need to get something else for the nose, I just wax and keep it out of the SW sun as much as I can. So you wax around the decals and use the 303 on them?

My understanding is that the nose is painted except for what is grey/silver or white. The black and ivory are paint. I wax the nose except for those grey/silver and white parts. I use 303 on the entire rest of the trailer including the grey/silver and white nose parts. Also never use 303 on glass.

Thanks jetzen! Good to know, I traded in my 7 year old "other brand" and the decals were just starting to peal around the edges a bit. I am now in the market for some Aerospace 303.

Also never use 303 on glass. Might be a lots easier than waxing all around, never too old to learn something new.
