My dealer is incredibly slow. KZ said mobile techs are acceptable with certain conditions. Gander has treated us well. I’d like to have them do some work for me.

If KZ ok'ed it you can go. I have not had good luck dealing with Camping World on 3 occasions and I personally avoid them and only go there for something I need right now. I have used mobile techs with luck. What's the issue? Appliances you can go right to the manufacture, Norcold, Coleman, Dometic ect.

The coaxial satellite lines in my other post. I’d prefer a mobile tech but no one nearby seems to need the work.

That's because it takes time & there is no way to know how much. Like my other post, I chased mine, took almost 3 years to find that bad connector. I did what you did ran through a window and chased as I could.

311JL Kz approved us for repairs at a RV repair shop not 10 minutes from our house, I did pay up front but because the shop stated they had problems with MFG's not paying in a timely manor ... Kz reimbursed me very quickly after receiving the repair statement  Be Safe out there Chuck |

I had the shop which had done work on out Class C an other 5th wheel, I gave them the name, address so they could ship the parts needed I will say I set this up while at the factory getting other repairs done, since they did not have the parts available at the factory at the time we were there Kz shipped directly to the shop ...
