Durango 263RLT, I need to find the password to set up the one touch on my phone. It is supposed to be on the gateway or on a label located somewhere, I cant find either. Any ideas?

It should be on the gateway itself. Be aware of any “spaces” in your password. It probably would be an “underscore” (I.e. _ ) character.
One more thing. Your gateway is normally located in the basement of the camper.

I have looked in the basement area, can't find anything. I am beginning to think it does not have this feature. I have contacted the factory and the dealer..so far no response. Thanks for the help.

The gateway does slides, leveling, power awnings, cap lights etc.

Not to second guess but did you look on all the insides of the cabinet doors? Also check the folder or big envelope that usually comes with these campers that has all the instruction manuals associated with the appliances, tv’s, etc.

I just looked up your camper on rvtrader and it shows the gateway in the basement on the entry door side. It’s on the basement ceiling near the light.

I am trying to connect our Durango to the OneClick app and it will not pair. I have tried scanning the QR codes, but they will never capture. I have entered the ID and password manually but it will not work. I also tried scanning the tirelink QR but it also doesn't work. I have the newest app version (v5.1.3), updated 3 days ago. Anyone have any suggestions?

Also if you have an Android phone you must have Android 8.0 or higher operating system in order for the One Control app to work.

My 2020 durango 286bhd doesn’t have a gateway or I can’t find it Depending on the year of your Durango and what One Control.sytem.is installed it will either be right inside the curbside basement door mounted to the ceiling of the basement or it will be behind the rear basement panel mounted to the underside of the interior steps.
