We have Bank of America, have to tell them what states we are going to anything different the cards we have do not work, as well limit on all cards, forgot last year to call them an when fueling in Wyoming the cars got rejected Ugh !!! Called bank an the fixed things ASAP ... As well didn't know that Fying -J puts a $500 charge/hold on a card the minute you turn pump on unless you go to fuel desk, then deducts what ever you use for fuel an put rest back, real scary the 1st time I saw this happen ... As well some Flying J's want to take you card an hold it while you fuel, I always check my card after fueling to make sure no extra is added Ugh !!! Fuel the other day at the Indians wa $2.35 9 but has jumped to $2.75 9 yesterday, don't know why, barrel of Oil is still running about the same only up a down a few cents ... Safe Travels Chuck Most I have paid since the programs has been $1.81, currently TA has the best prices. I have a TA 75 miles from home so with the 1000 mile range I just fill when I'm in that area, couple miles out of the way as it's on the far west side of town and most of my business is more central. For what I save a few miles nothing.

I just heard about this TSD fuel program and did the application. The service issues a fuel card the is honored at most truck stops. With it you pay at the pump, no dollar limit so you don't have to run a debit a couple times to fuel, and can get cash off the card. It links to your bank. My card came yesterday and the card has EFS across it, Electronic Fuel Service, same thing I used with my commercial truck, most commercial drivers are familiar with the program.
Basically this is how it works, TSD negotiates fuel rates and buys in bulk. They get discount for the bulk buy and pass it down. Their "cut" is .05per gallon so they make a little for every gallon sold. They just recently opened this up to RVers as many drive diesel trucks and there are many Diesel motor home. Adding the RV's boosts their sales and profit. I know what I saved in the commercial truck and thought I would pass this along.
Happy Motoring and Happy New year. Edd
We have many new members so I was going to revive the thread. New Card application: linkI added savings last year while we were locked down, right at $1000 dollars. Filled today and don't normally get down this far but I checked the app and found it considerably cheaper at my destination. 94 gallons $313.61 discount $57.52, I paid $256.09. The yearly savings just too good to pass up.

Thanks for the reminder, Edd. Lyle Not so new fuel program now, I'm a big advocate of saving a buck and it's the same program I had when I owned my big rig. Chucks likely familiar also, most commercial drivers know the EFS card.

I'll check into that! We're paying 2.99-3.30 here for diesel now. 3 months ago it was 2.49 and a year ago it was under 2.00.
