Father's Day I found water damage from what I think was a leak from screws fastening the edge molding on our 2017 260RKS. I found it when I went to tighten what I thought were loose screws on the molding covering the seam where the fiberglass meets the diamond plate. The insulation was wet as well as the framing. I removed the molding, diamond plate and peeled up the fiberglass to expose the damage. It was contained to lower right side. I covered the front part of the camper with a tarp and placed two fans blowing on the wet area to help dry it out for a week. I made braces to straighten warped cross members, re-insulated and buttoned it back up. I then backed out all the screws fastening the molding on both sides putting a dab of geocel on each and retightened them. Before that I replaced the butyl caulk on parts of the molding I removed. Thinking of going into the camper repair business 🤔.
