Hello,
We have a 2015 Sportster 355th12 and love it.
We bought it used and went to utilize the fuel station on the side to fill our bike and nothing happens when we squeeze the handle. I know sounds dumb but I am lost. I checked every manual for direction and found nothing.
The tank is full as the gauge is working and our generator runs off of it.
Any recommendations?

I don't mean to insult anyone's intelligence, but I have to start at the beginning. Most fuel stations have two switches. One inside the coach, the other is usually in the area where the hose & nozzle are stored (lots of times this switch is a mechanical timer that has to be twisted to the length of time you plan on using the pump). Are both switches on? If they are, then check the fuse panel for any blown fuses. If all the fuses are OK, then it's time to slide under the coach to check for voltage at the pump. While under there, make sure the ground wire for the pump is there and connected. If there is voltage at the pump, good chance it has seized (very common). In some cases, you can get replacement pump gears, but in a lot of cases, it's easier and cheaper to just replace the pump. A call to KZ customer service might be able to tell you who made the pump in your coach, maybe even provide some parts.

No not at all! We are super new to camper life and trying to figure all this out. We could only find one switch so I am gonna have to reach it to KZ because all the fuses are fine and it’s grounded.

I have a 2018 and I think the layouts are virtually the same. Look for the primer switch by your fuel gauge inside the coach. My fuel station will not pump unless I hit this switch. When you press it, you should hear the fueld pump kick on in the back of the rig. If you press it twice, the pump will shut off. If you get nothing, than go out to your fuel hose. By either your fuel cap or the door that hides your filler hose should be a small red switch behind a panel. That is you emergency shut off switch. Make sure this switch is off. When you ensure that the switch is off, try the button on the inside again. If you hear the pump, you should be good to go. I mention this because my generator does run off the fuel tank, but I do not have to turn the fuel pump on to start and run my generator. I apologize if I come across as condescending as that's not my intention, but I was scratching my head with this issue when I first bought my camper and I'm as big of a noob as you can be lol.

We figured it out! Thanks so much. No where in the manual explains it and there is no sign on it just a switch.

Sounds like that might have done the trick. If that's the case, glad I could help out

Here again is one of my pet peeves, when you bought the trailer the Tech doing you PDI should have shown you how to run your fuel station an made sure you understood such ... To many dealers now days rush you thought the PDI so they can move onto the next person, it's a shame but there is no written guidelines for these dealer of for that matter owners except word of mouth or forms such as this one .... Safe Travels Chuck
