We retired one year ago and moved from Richmond, Va to a little town in West Virginia. One thing we realized recently is that winters here are never ending...... That led us to think of ways to spend winter in warmer climates. So here we are new owners of a 5th wheel RV. We purchased a 2018 KZ Durango 2500 318RLT. We have not yet taken delivery, that should be next week. I purchased a 2018 Ram 3500 (SRW) Laramie with 4x4 before we went RV shopping so we would be able to tow a fairly good sized 5th wheel. It came equipped with the 5th wheel prep package so all I had to do was purchase the hitch assembly. I am 63 and my bride just turned 60.I love to shoot in Cowboy action events as well as other shooting sports including indoor and 3D archery. I also love to fly fish. Looking forward to the information and friendships we can find here in this forum.

Welcome to the site and the KZ world. This is one of better web sites, lots of good info & friendly folks here. As another 318RLT owner I think you will find it's a well thought out floor plan.

We left the camper there yesterday and came home to tend to some business. This is the current situation there. Flash flooding. Hope our camper is still there and truly hope all the people are safe!

Wow. Hope you are high an dry, looked to be a nice camping site an you were having an enjoyable time ... I know the last picture all to well, we have three rivers that come together around are area, a couple of years ago we had over 10ft of water over I-5 for a week an the same city of Centralia was flooded thought out the downtown area ... This happens about every two or three years but not as bad as a few years back. Our problem is it starts to rain, then warms up so you get a double whammy, snow melt in the mountains an rain, not good, we are under a flood watch today, but life goes on .... Safe Travels, happy Glamping Chuck

Keeping our fingers crossed all is OK. Thank you. We went over today and could not believe our eyes. With so many RVs with so much obvious damage we found ours untouched. I am still in shock.

Great news, glad you escaped. Back in '97 I had to deal with a flooded park model the dealership had on display. What a mess. I wouldn't wish that on anyone.
