I accessed my control panel and selected "MYRV CONTROL PANEL", which then brings up icons for awning, leveled, slides and cap lights. I then pressed the icon for my awning in order to roll it in. The awning did nothing and after a few seconds the screen went blank. When I turned the control panel back on the " My rv control panel" line had disappeared. I have re booted twice and only get the standard subjects such as Faqs, owners manual etc. I have no way to access my awning, cap lights, slides or leveling system. I downloaded the app on my tablet and only got the leveling icon. Anyone have an idea as to how I can get this resolved? This is a 2017 380 flf.

I have two panels / monitors in my 2016. One is a solid mounted "4 x 4" touch screen that can be used to open slides, awnings, lights, and monitor tank levels.
The other is an "Android pad in a bracket that allows pad to be removed and hand held. This one Shows The "My RV "App. From this pad I can control everything including auto level via WiFi.
Not sure from your post if one or both are not working. I've had problems with the Android Pad, mostly me. The solid mount monitor / panel always works.

chandmj I would say call Lippert (LCI) who makes your system, they very easy to deal with an they in most cases will get a Tech on the phone to walk you thought your system to fine out if there is a problem, there Phone number is Lippert Components Inc is (574) 537-8900 As well here is a link to the manuals One touch system on the LCI web site www.lci1.com/support-onecontrol-wireless-formerly-myrvregAs kaboom stated we both have touch screens inside our trailers an we have also touch screen in our storage area on the passengers side that operated the leveling systems, slides, cap lights an in our case the large 18ft front awning but not the awning on the main slide ... Allot of us in the last year with the newer systems in these 5th wheels have like you had to ask questions, even thought we had ask them during PDI's before excepting or rigs all the bells an whistles seen to come back an haunt many of us Safe Travels Chuck

On the curb side of my DG I have a touch control for the levelers. I can control my android too. If for some reason, that panel faults, I have to either use the phone or go inside and reset things. PITA. Al

Al I have the same control panel that is inside our G384RLT an also in my storage compartment which is called OneControl Touch Panel by LCI ... Then a smaller panel which is called the Auto Leveling Control Touch Panel by LCI in the battery compartment ... I also have what LCI calls the OneControl App From MyRV on my phone which controls the same thing as the OneControl Touch Panels in the inside an storage compartment of the trailer ... So looking at jetzens 5the wheel (G384RLT) same as ours his has no OneControl Touch Panel in his storage compartment but has the Auto Leveling Control Touch Panel in his battery compartment an also has the OneControl App From MyRV , so as you see there is different configurations from trailer to trailer of like trailers but all operate basically the same way As I stated, LCI is very helpful in walking you thought the control panels if you call them, believe me they will not belittle you an make you think you are some kind of dummy (when first operating this system I thought I was such) I had a young LCI Tech walked me thought the complete system front to back an explained in detail how it worked an why things worked the way they do ... He took the time to make sure I understood what he was saying an lead me thought the operation a couple of times to make sure I was ok with such ... Of course this was at the Kz rally last year an the LCI tech was standing right side of me, but I have also called them an talked with them on the phone with the same results ... I have also read on other forms of the same results when calling them, they were polite an very knowledgeable an walked owners thought what ever they needed an took the time to do so no matter how long it took ... Lastly there was a discussion in the Durango folder on this form about the one touch controls from some of us last spring or early summer that might help you as well ... But as stated many times from different people we are here to try to help you any way we can with answers an what we went thought to find out different things in regards to our trailer's ... We sure don't know all the answers but between all of us we can steer you in the right direction or guide you to someone who might know the answer Safe travels Chuck

Al So what are you calling at tablet ? Is it the OneControl Touch Panel or is it a regular tablet that you carry around ? I know in the past we have talked about such in the Durango folder but I believe none of us had seen such I believe the next best thing is to call LCI an ask the question why did this disappear on my tablet an what do I do to bring it back ... If my thinking is correct with this missing you can not open or close your awning, am I correct in my thinking here Ok thinking about this, look at your WIFI unit in the storage area, there I believe is fuse's on that unit, I'm not sure if there is a fuse for the awning an cap lights or not .... What I do know there is wires on the unit to each of those functions, make sure they are connected an tight ... Also I believe there is a fuse on the WIFI unit that will shut all the power of to the unit I believe ... Pulling this fuse an letting it set without power for a few minutes may just clear it's head an bring back what you are missing ....
Again this is just a guess, not a fix

Due to this thread, today I took the portable pad out of the docking port. I turned it on and using the "MyRv Control Panel" opened the awnings. I was only unplugged for maybe 10 minutes when the low battery warning came on. I plugged the pad into my cell phone charger in the house and the pad showed it was charging.
After about a half hour the pad battery was at 68%. I unplugged it and 10 min later the low battery warning came back on.
I then charged it to 100%. It took 14 minutes for the low battery warning to appear.
Charged it again to 100% and it only last 13.57 min. Before low battery warning came on.
Just seems the battery should last longer than 14 minutes. That was barley enough time to look at a single LCI instruction video and read part of a manual.
We have probably only taken the pad out of the docking port three times. I don't even remember the last time.
I will call Lippert tomorrow.

I have a Venom and we have a portable pad and a 4 inch panel on the wall as others have talked about above. I have used the pad to look at operators manuals and such so know mine lasts longer than the 15 minutes or so yours does. So checking with you dealer to see if he can help might help. Have only had one problem with the panel on the wall the first time we went on a trip this year. It would not change screens, like it was locked up. kept messing with the buttons in anger i guess and just started working, worked the whole trip. HMMM. We will see on the next trip if it works or not.

I rarely use the MyRv pad. Most of the time I use the permanent panel. The wife uses the "MyRv" pad more than I do.
I remember using the pad when we first purchased the Venom and the battery lasted quite awhile. I used the pad to watch the Lippert videos and to read the manuals.
When I level the RV I use the level up panel on the door in the water compartment.
I think the warranty through Lippert has expired. I still have a few days left on the KZ warranty. We'll see.

It almost sounds as if the batteries themselves are going bad or need to be changed out, I know in the TV remotes they put cheap batteries that don't last long but the are not rechargeable ... I know that Nike head batteries will gain memory, in the older amateur hand held type radios after a number of changes or if you left them pulled in they would gain memory an you either had to zap them using a very large capacitor crossing the negative to the positive, thus erasing the memory... You can only do that a few times then they were useless, thus came along the lithium battery which lasted longer but still after a number of changes would dye on the vine so to speak an had to be replaced ... This may be the case with these pads, that the batteries have gone by the wayside an need replace, only a guess guys only a guess, again call LCI an ask the question I'll add this problem to my question list for the Kz rally unless I hear different an the problem solved by either you guys, Kz or LCI Safe Travels Chuck

I'm new to this camper and the controls, so I downloaded the app last night, I'm not with my rig so couldn't get on. Here's the dumb question, when I open the app it asks me wifi or bluetooth, from what i have read, it's bluetooth. Correct? And, where will I find the passcode. My camper is a 2018 3911 Venom. Thanks for your help.

It's WiFi and the codes on the box in the basement, look for a paper sticker. When you go through the setup it lets you pick a 4 diget pass code. I put that number on the sticker in the owners manual.
