would love to attend .... but its a 20 hour haul if i was coming by truck without the 331TH12 behind us. I'd be looking at 3 days haul each way as we only haul 8 to 9 hours per day. everyone travel safe and have fun for us.

This is great! If we can only come for a few days, which are the best days to be able to see the trailers being built and talk to someone about our trailer?

Last year we had people from all over the U.S. and Canada Washington state, California, Texas, Louisiana. You very well may be missing out on the best camping experience you have ever had.
There is a lot of time to think about it.

This is great! If we can only come for a few days, which are the best days to be able to see the trailers being built and talk to someone about our trailer? Right now there is no itinerary planed also you can not actually "see" the trailers being built. You can view them only in different stages of manufacture.
The itinerary will be set next year as vendors commit to tours by that time it may be too late to book a spot.
Last year our factory tours were booked Tuesday and Thursday and factory scheduled work on the trailers was done at the campground Wednesday thru Friday.
You also get a 7th day at the camp ground if you book for 6.

milpol4523 We are sorry you can't make It, may owners can't an that's ok too We are coming from Washington State pulling our G384RLT as we did last year, its 2250 miles one way, there is another couple who come from California, 2100 miles away. I believe there is another couple coming this year from New Mexico but will be in Washington state a few weeks before the rally an may travel with us if possible. Another couple is coming from Main I believe the last time we talked with them, others coming from Texas an Louisianan, so you see, also we have couples from Just across the boarder Windsor Canada an from Ohio an Michigan so they are just hours away not day like some of use We our self's drive maybe five to six hours a day, may stay one or tow days exploring the local sites an move on. We meet all kinds of people along the way an see lots of corn an soy bean fields, DW didn't know there was so much of each since she had only been in the Midwest during the winter months travel with her parents LOL ... This year we are traveling across the top of the United States to Michigan an the down to Ohio an across to Indiana. So we will camp a day or so in each state except Montana where we will stay at least two camp grounds in that state an maybe North Dakota a few nights in two different camp grounds Have a great day an Safe Travels Chuck & Hildi

This is great! If we can only come for a few days, which are the best days to be able to see the trailers being built and talk to someone about our trailer? As jetzen said it's had to tell till Kz lets him know what day's are available, As i said in another post when at the factory they were very open in answering any questions an we got to see what was coming out in the future months ahead. They also ask us how they could approve on each of the products that were on display an every one of the Kz reps had a note pad to write down what we had to offer... The other point is that there is so much going on all week, jetzen an his DW along with the Kz, LCI an MorRyde people made sure we were kept busy, entertained, an had plenty of food I think I gained 10pds that week LOL... The camp fire conversations were just as good an plenty of war stories of camping trips along with just good friendship between the complete group Many subjects related to our trailers an their function were discussed at the camp fires or morning coffee along with watch an asking questions of the Kz, LCI an MorRyde people while they were repairing, upgrading an just sitting there waiting on parts or the next project... I have to say that we camp with a Good Sam camping group 10 months out of the year, but even thought we discuss different things an play games it dozen't even come close to what happened at last summers Kz Rally. The DW was sort of on the fence on our way to the Rally, an even after the 1st day she still wondered about such. But after the second night around the camp fire an third day with everyone she was already talking about coming to the 2018 rally Safe Travels an we hope to see you at the Rally you will not regret coming even if it is for a few days Chuck & Hildi

The Mrs and I would love to go, but we just don't have the PTO to do it. Like Milpo, it will take us 3 days to get there and 3 to get back. There's just no way we can do that.

I understand it is hard for some to get that kind of time off, but if there is any way you could possibly do it, you would definitely have a great and enjoyable week. Jetzen and his wife, along with some help from Chuck, did a great job putting it together in 2017. It was a great week. I'm counting the days until August for the 2018 rally.

If you haven't already tried, call the number anyway. When I called on the last day of reservations, I said I was glad I got them as I didn't want to wait until March, she indicated they would be taking calls beyond that day. She was a little hard to understand but I think this is what she indicated. Good Luck.

Hope to book once booking is open in March. The campground now has an answering service. If you get a prerecorded message when trying to reserve, leave a message and ask for Casey and explain what you want with your name and a telephone number where you can be reached.
DO NOT USE THE ONLINE RESERVATION SYSTEM. You will not be placed with the rally and will not get the rally rate.

Delaware is Philadelphia's "holding tank". What I mean by that is that most people think that things will be cheaper in Delaware rather than staying in NJ or PA, but Delaware knows this and cashes in. That is, of course, unless you are outside of I-85 by 30 minutes. It's a hop, skip, and jump from Wilmington or Glasgow to Philadelphia or even the Jersey Shore, so Delaware likes to get their cut. Personally, I love Delaware, but the roads are worse than here in Colorado.
