I have a 2011 Escalade and although it is no long made there is a problem with it that I have not experienced with other makes. The 2 low point drains and fresh water tank drain shut off valves are under the trailer exposed to the elements. As a Canadian we use the trailer in freezing conditions often. The dump valves are located in the warm part of the trailer so they won't freeze, why aren't the fresh water valves inside out of the cold? My previous trailers had all valves in the heated space. This 4 season trailer has only a 3 season water system. Just an observation that other manufacturers seem to have addressed.

I believe that KZ doesn't make four season trailers , they do not recommend using their units when it gets below 32 degrees. Hope this helps!

Sara...think you are correct. The furnace runs non stop at 32F or below. I just assumed a trailer built in Indiana would be suitable for all conditions there. Will check more closely on how my next trailer is built/insulated before buying and not take the dealers word for it.
