Kinda like our KZ trailer. We just bought a used one, and have really enjoyed the trailer. On the way home from the lake last month we had a blow out. It was big enough to take out the corner of the slide out, back stair and skirting. We took it right in to a KZ dealer to be repaired. All went well until the dealer tried to order a part from KZ. What a nightmare for him and us! I tell ya, if my service department was run like this, I'd fire the lot of them. Nice trailer, but hope you don't need parts.

How old is your unit? Could the parts been out of stock? Just curious I have had no issue with getting parts through my dealer

I've had my KZ since 2009. Every repair made to the unit, under warranty, was a nightmare. Once my camper was in the repair shop for almost 2 months. It seems KZ and McClain's RV doesn't play well together. One time I had an issue with the brakes. I went straight to the axle maker and fixed it myself. It cost me $60, but saved me another 4 week hassle.
