Just like going to a movie... I might think it was a terrible movie, somebody might think it was the best movie ever, somebody else might think the acting was good or bad, somebody else might think the directing was good or bad, somebody else might think the language was good or bad, and on and on and on. Same movie and 10 different people will have 10 different opinions of it.

Opinions are not always based on hard facts. The trailer in question could be damaged beyond repair if the floor is soaked and starts to come apart. Sure, he could have been less offensive in his post, but maybe he just had enough of dealing with poor quality and he might be faced with an extreme loss. I think that defending a certain brand and discrediting those that are hurting is not what we should be about.

Yes, but like they also say, my trash is someone's gold.
Everyone has their opinion on everything thing.
One person's experience may not be the same as another's.
Don't throw the baby out with the bath water.
Just saying.

Maybe not a troll. Perhaps someone who is frustrated with their purchase and lashing out about it online. The unfortunate thing is, you can go to any forum for any product and see the same thing. It's not isolated to KZ or Jayco or Ford or Chevy etc. Curious they both have 2016 dates and low post counts, I watched the video 2016, likely the same individuals with multi names. I'm not a big believer in coincidence.

I did watch the video but didn't go beyond that. You could be right.

IS THERE ANY GOOD BRANDS 5TH WHEELS? ? KZ is one of the best in it's price range. This was started by someone very disgruntled who made the complaint and disappeared. I had a chance to go to the KZ factory and I can assure you KZ supports it's product & customers. The complaints you'll see are mostly the dealers not taking care of customers, on every brand. I won't go into details but I watched KZ fix & replace things that where clearly owner caused. The issues I saw at the rally was not KZ build but the accessories they installed, stoves, refrigerators, heaters, etc. All RV makers use the same appliances and install them in what they build.
I think even if you had your RV custom built, you will still find issues.

IS THERE ANY GOOD BRANDS 5TH WHEELS? ? Edd summed a lot it up. But I can tell you after 10 years in the RV biz (as a working shop foreman) there is a subset of the population that is never happy, and the internet allows (and encourages) them to spread their tale of woe. In some cases, I think people find entertainment posting phony reviews / complaints and then watching the response. KZ delivers a great product for the dollars spent. Is every piece of trim and cabinetry perfect in my Durango? Nope, but I got a well built 5th wheel for a fair price. I don't expect it to be perfect, but the critical things work as intended with no complaints or issues. As long as you approach an RV with this mindset -"it's a house experiencing a continual earthquake" you will be fine.

Well, we have had a forest river, kz mxt, sportsmen sportster 305, and grand design momentum. Have a 343 sportster on order. The one we had major problems with...the most expensive one of course, the momentum! Had the least problems with the kz, so that's why we are going back to them.
